Back To Work!!

Been way, way too long since I was rambling. Energized again. First off, let me add my voice to the fray:
(1) The election was stolen, but don't get that statement wrong. I'm not referring to rigged voting machines, lost ballots or anything else. Souls, hearts and minds were stolen, bought and sold like cheap sex slaves in a Third World Market.
(2) The fringes are no longer the fringes. They control the center, so by definition, they're in charge and no longer consigned to the hinterlands. I'm not talking about one side of this only. Plainly put, the Extreme Left is just as much of a villain in this as the NeoCon Christian Right movement. They've both been standing on either side of the village heaving rocks at one another that clearly land right on our heads.
(3) The Democrats are wimps! This is definitely not the party of Thomas Jefferson anymore. Shame, shame on you Begala and Carville, to hit the sidelines and stay above the fray whilst Karl Rove proved once again that Dr. Evil is real, and damn intelligent. Politics is not about taking the moral high road, politics is a back alley street fight, and the only way to win and survive is to knock the other guy down one more time than he can take you down.
(4) This election proved that fear and hate beats intelligence and hope anytime. I really don't believe that there has been an election in recent history where so many people went to the polls not to vote intelligently for a candidate whose stance on issues they had examined and made an informed choice for, but instead went with the express purpose to cast a vote against the other guy.
(5) Forget the exit polls, forget the "moral values" tag line. What the electorate did is incomprehensible, they voted against their own economic self-interest, and knowingly so! Someone better figure out that one in a hurry, and get Karl Rove's Kool-Aid recipe, 'cuz they all lined up and drank it.
(6) As a lifelong Michigan resident, all I can say, It's Ohio, you'd have to live up here to understand what that means.

Bottom line, we're screwed. Cooked like Thanksgiving turkeys. So guess what? There isn't anything more left to lose, time to rise up folks, hoist a black skull and crossbones flag and take our country and our process back from the morons and dolts that we've left in charge of it. (Are McAuliffe and Cahill fired yet? Please, someone has to pay for this absolute fiasco.)
